Yesterday afternoon my son was up with sudden hunger pangs. He just refused to wait till something was made and wanted something right now.....dire emergency.....
Thankfully there is Tamarind Chutney always stocked up in the fridge and some boiled potatoes too.....so came up with wheatflakes chaat......he devoured it not just to the last mouthful but also licked off the bowl....
I used Kelloggs Special K, you can also use cornflakes if you like.....really anything that is available....and I didn't have any mint chutney so have not used that......didn't make a difference really in the overall end result.....so here you go........
