DHANIA PUDINA CHUTNEY / CORIANDER & MINT CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS

Dhania / Coriander leaves
½ cup
Pudina / Mint leaves
8 – 10 leaves
Green chillies
2 – 3 nos
Lemon juice               
½ no
Salt
T.T.
Jeera pdr / cumin pdr
¼ tsp


METHOD:

1.       Put all the ingredients in a grinder and grind with a few tbsps of water to form a smooth paste.

2.       Remove on to a serving bowl and garnish with mint leaves.
