DHANIA PUDINA CHUTNEY / CORIANDER & MINT CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS
Dhania / Coriander leaves

½ cup

Pudina / Mint leaves
|
8 – 10 leaves
|
Green chillies
|
2 – 3 nos
|
Lemon juice
|
½ no
|
Salt
|
T.T.
|
Jeera pdr / cumin pdr
|
¼ tsp
|
METHOD:
1.
Put all the ingredients in a grinder and grind
with a few tbsps of water to form a smooth paste.
2.
Remove on to a serving bowl and garnish with
mint leaves.
