Sev puri / Papdi
2 doz
Finely chopped red yellow and green capsicum
½ cup
Corn kernels boiled
½ cup
Tomato sliced
1 no
Pizza sauce         
3 – 4 tbsp
As req.
Chilli flakes
As req.
Mozzarella cheese grated
4 – 5 tbsp
Olives green or black (op)
12 nos. or as req.
Basil leaves
For garnish


1.       Arrange the papdi on a baking tray.

2.       Dot them on top or spread lightly with a little pizza sauce.

3.       Keep a thin slice of tomato on top.

4.       Heap on top with the capsicum / bell pepper and corn.

5.       You can add on any other topping of your choice.

6.       Sprinkle a little oregano and chilli flakes.

7.       Heap on top with a little grated cheese.

8.       Top on with half an olive.

9.       Bake in a preheated oven for a few min just till the cheese melts.

10.   You can also microwave for 20 – 30 seconds so that the cheese melts but the papdi does not get soft.

11.   Add a touch of basil leaf on top.

12.   Serve immediately.
