ALMOND HAZELNUT CHOCO ROCKS
INGREDIENTS
Almonds / badam

100 gms
|
Morde milk chocolate
|
125 gms
|
Nutella Hazelnut spread
|
1 tsp
|
METHOD:
1.
Toast the almonds till they are crisp and
crunchy. Do not allow to burn. Cool them.
2.
Melt morde milk chocolate with the nutella
hazelnut spread in a microwave for 1 min. Keep checking and mixing at 30 sec
intervals. You can also use dark
chocolate if you like.
3.
Add the almonds in it and mix well.
4.
Spread a clean plastic sheet into a plate or a
tray.
6.
Allow to set in the fridge for 10 – 15 min.
7.
Remove from sheet and wrap individually in a
coloured gelatin paper.
8.
Store in a cool place in an airtight jar of you can also gift it.
