Shirvadya / Aluvadi in coconut milk is a typical authentic CKP recipe. In it shir means coconut milk and vadya is the colocasia leaves rolls. It is mildly flavoured and is at its subtle best. Do try this authentic recipe, a different version using aluvadi is sure to tickle your taste buds.
