MUSKMELON COOLER





MUSKMELON COOLER

INGREDIENTS

Kharbooj / chibood / muskmelon
1 no medium sized
Sugar
2 – 3 tbsp
Salt
A pinch
Ginger grated
½ tsp
Cracked black pepper                   
¼ tsp
Mint leaves
4 – 5 nos

METHOD:


1.       Remove the skin of the melon and discard the seeds.

2.       Cut into chunky pieces.


3.       Put them in a blender. Add into it sugar, salt. Ginger and finely crushed pepper. Add a few mint leaves if you like.

4.       Blend all together to a smooth consistency.


5.       Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve chilled.
