METHOD:
1.
H,eat oil, add in the rai, jeera and heeng. When
rai splutters, add in the chana dal and urad dal. Add in the curry leaves. When
the dals start to turn pink add in the onion. Sauté
2.
When the onion starts to sweat add in the
tomato. Sauté again till the tomato is almost cooked.
3.
Now add in the capsicum, green chillies and give
it 1 steam covered on a low flame.
4.
Crumble the idlis in the pan, add salt mix and
cover and simmer for 1 min.
5.
Garnish with coriander leaves and some sliced
capsicum and tomato.
