DOODHI HALWA ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS
½ no

Doodhi halwa / bottle gourd halwa http://paripoornapaksiddhi.blogspot.com/2015/06/doodhi-halwa.html

2 – 3 tbsp
|
Vanilla essence
|
½ tsp
|
Fresh cream
|
½ cup
|
METHOD:
1.
Churn the icecream base and cream till frothy.
2.
Add in the vanilla essence and the doodhi halwa.
3.
Stir it all in. You can also blend it all
together.
4.
Pour in a plastic container with a tight fitting
lid.
5.
Keep a plastic sheet on the container and then
seal with the lid.
6.
Refrigerate freeze for 6 – 7 hours.
