COFFEE & WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS ICECREAM




COFFEE AND WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS

½ no
White chocolate chips
2 tbsp
Instant coffee granules dissolved in 2 tbsp warm milk
½ tsp
Dark or milk chocolate grated
1 tbsp
Fresh cream
½ cup

METHOD:


1.       Churn the icecream base and cream till frothy.




2.       Add in the chocolate chips, coffee concoction and grated chocolate.


3.       Stir it and mix it all well.

4.       Pour in a plastic container with a tight fitting lid.

5.       Keep a plastic sheet on the container and then seal with the lid.


6.       Refrigerate freeze for 6 – 7 hours. Remove when half set and stir once more. This helps disperse and distribute evenly well the chocolate chips that may have sunk to the bottom initially.

7.       Serve scoops of the icecream garnished with more grated dark chocolate on top.
