French fries OR potatoes
250 gms
Onion (roughly chopped or sliced)
½ no
Red pepper or red capsicum (sliced)
¼ no
Yellow pepper or yellow capsicum (sliced)
¼ no
Green pepper or green capsicum (sliced)
¼ no
Boiled sweet corn kernels
15 – 20 nos
Tomato (deseeded and sliced)
½ no
Pizza sauce
2 – 3 tbsp
¼ tsp
Chilli flakes
¼ tsp
Mozzarella cheese or any processed cheese
2 small cubes
For frying the fries


1.       Here I have used ready Mc Cain potato fries. Deep fry them in hot oil till golden brown. Remove and drain on a kitchen paper towel. You can also make your own fries with parboiled potatoes and use them.

2.       Arrange all the fries at the base of a round baking tin.

3.       Season the fries a little with salt. Also sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes on it.

4.       Grate 1 cube of cheese on the fries.

5.       Spoon or squeeze half of the pizza sauce on top.

6.       Now sprinkle evenly all your veggies like capsicums, onion, tomato and corn. You can also add on broccoli florets, sliced mushrooms, olives and jalapeno peppers if you like.

7.       Put the remaining pizza sauce on the veggies, and also little chilli flakes and oregano.

8.       Grate the remaining 1 cube cheese evenly on top of the veggies.

9.       Bake at 200° C for 10 – 15 min till the cheese melts and browns a little on top. Serve hot.
