DOODHI HALWA ICE CREAM

This is a variation to the Doodhi Halwa that you would usually make and trust me it is even better than the original ...



DOODHI HALWA ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS


½ no
2 – 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence
½ tsp
Fresh cream
½ cup

METHOD:

1.       Churn the icecream base and cream till frothy.

2.       Add in the vanilla essence and the doodhi halwa.


3.       Stir it all in. You can also blend it all together.


4.       Pour in a plastic container with a tight fitting lid.

5.       Keep a plastic sheet on the container and then seal with the lid.

6.       Refrigerate freeze for 6 – 7 hours.


7.       Serve scoops of the icecream with more doodhi halwa and strands of saffron.
