ALMOND HAZELNUT CHOCO ROCKS

INGREDIENTS

Almonds / badam
100 gms
Morde milk chocolate
125 gms
Nutella Hazelnut spread
1 tsp

METHOD:

1.       Toast the almonds till they are crisp and crunchy. Do not allow to burn. Cool them.

2.       Melt morde milk chocolate with the nutella hazelnut spread in a microwave for 1 min. Keep checking and mixing at 30 sec intervals.  You can also use dark chocolate if you like.

3.       Add the almonds in it and mix well.

4.       Spread a clean plastic sheet into a plate or a tray.


5.       Using a fork slide forkful of the chocolaty almonds onto the plastic sheet making sure you drain any excess chocolate.

6.       Allow to set in the fridge for 10 – 15 min.

7.       Remove from sheet and wrap individually in a coloured gelatin paper.

8.       Store in a cool place in an airtight jar of you can also gift it.
