LASUN CHUTNEY / LASNICHI CHUTNEY / GARLIC CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS

Garlic
1 large pod
Salt
T.T.
Roasted peanut pdr   OR
Roasted grated dry coconut / copra
½ cup
Chilli pdr
½ tbsp

 
METHOD:

1.       Grind together the peeled garlic, roasted peanut pdr or kopra, salt and chilli pdr till it forms a coarse grainy texture like chutney.

2.       Be careful, if you grind too much then it will start giving out oil and will become sticky.
